Thanks to the author for generously providing me an ARC to review. King of the Court is available for free on Kindle Unlimited or you can buy it for $4.99 đ That being said, Grey presents her usual feel-good, happily-ever-after story with likable characters, great dialogue, wonderful setting, and scene-stealing side characters. I sincerely enjoyed it and phew, Grey really writes some great endings. This RS Grey book was a more rom and a little less rom-com than what Iâve come to expect from her writing. It will take you for a ride and there are twists and turns when they run into each other again more than a year later. The book is divided into two parts, the first was a bit slow for me, but I enjoyed it, and then I flew through the second part. It slowly burns and turns into a beautiful flame, and despite their best efforts, they canât keep their hands off each other for long. Raelynn and Benâs chemistry is undeniable and magnetic and will have you hooked from the very start. The RMS Queen Mary is a retired British ocean liner that sailed primarily on the North Atlantic Ocean from 1936 to 1967 for the Cunard-White Star Line and was built by John Brown & Company in Clydebank, Scotland. The longer they spend together, the more they realize they might have something special. Despite not really knowing each other, Ben feels protective of her. Raelynn and Ben keep stumbling into each other, and no matter how hard she tries, she canât seem to ignore Benâs quiet confidence and charisma. Raelynn Birdie, a lively, self-sufficient waitress who dropped out of college to care for her grandmother, meets Ben in Pine Hill. I was immediately engrossed in the story and didnât want it to end it was definitely a page-turner.ÄȘfter leading his LA team to another championship season, NBA basketball star Ben Castillo is traveling to Pine Hill, Texas, to train for the Olympics. King of the Court is another slam dunk by RS Grey.
